SBC Women

SBC believes in the power of women uniting together. Our women’s group is a sisterhood of wives, girlfriends, mothers and daughters. We are caregivers. Teachers. We bandage knees but we’re not doctors. We cook meals for our families, but we’re not chefs. We keep our homes tidy and fold laundry, but we’re not housekeepers. We settle arguments but we’re not lawyers. We calm tears but we’re not therapists. A woman’s role is unique and it is important for women to have a group of other women for encouragement and support. Our callings may all be different. We may all be in different seasons of life. But God uses a women’s ministry to bring us all together in His name. What is more powerful than that?

Women's Discipleship

SBC Women hold discipleship classes every Sunday Night at 5pm. This is a time to dive deeper into the Word and learn to share the gospel with others.

Women's Gatherings

We feel it's extremely important for women to be able to take a moment, step outside of our traditional roles and responsibilities and gather together with other sisters in Christ. This helps feed our faith and strengthen bonds. Whether it's traveling to a Women's Conference, going to a Worship Concert, doing crafts together in our Fellowship Hall or learning to decorate cookies... we love to come together and have a good time.

Support & Encouragement

It's not always easy to be a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend.... everything to everyone. As women, we understand other women and we are there to support, encourage and pray for each other in all the special and unique ways women need. How can we support you? Join our prayer circle!

Helping in our Communities

At SBC, our women are constantly seeking ways to help our communities. Whether it's collecting items for a local family in need of a little extra love, volunteering to bring God's love into our schools or hosting community food drives. We love loving on people!
